Food Vendors

All food vendors must have a fire extinguisher with current tags for inspection. Booths must have fire tags per state fire marshal requirements. Please be aware that Rio Vista gets windy. If you are using a tent, make sure you bring weights to anchor it, to assure the public a variety of foods, all menu items must be approved by the Food Vendor Coordinator.

**If you deviate from this agreement, your booth may be closed**

Contact the Solano County Health Dept at 707-784-6765 for your use permit.

FOOD VENDOR COORDINATOR WILL CONTACT YOU ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT WITH SPACE ASSIGNMENT. BOOTH SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN TIME WILL BE SENT UPON THE COMMITTEE’S APPROVAL. EVENT STARTS AT 10 AM

Only the food vendor coordinator may authorize items to be sold and booth placement. Please
make any special requests known ASAP so we may attempt to accommodate.

People’s Choice award winners will be announced at 5:00pm
Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place • Cash Prizes 1st – $100, 2nd – $75, 3rd $50

ENTRY FEE: $20 for 1 – 3 judged pieces (non-refundable)

JUDGED ENTRIES PARAMETERS:
The competition welcomes your entry limited to the following media, including painting,
drawing, sculpture, photography, printmaking, textiles, and digital art.
Up to 3 pieces of original art per artist, no prints other than photography.
Flat artworks must be wired, ready to hang, & the center of the wire reaching 2” from top. 3-D
work may stand alone or have a secure attached base; textiles may be framed or have their
own support system added to the back of the art ready to hang.
Dry Paint
No staples or saw tooth hangers.
Size Limit: No piece may be more than 36 inches in any direction.

SALES: All sales will be processed at the cashier’s table. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Checks for sales will be made payable to the artist. The artist is responsible for taxes.
Art pieces stay on display until Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 5pm

Rules:

Must be a student in elementary, middle, or high school age
Only one entry per student.
Artwork must be 100% produced by the student and matted.
Submitted artwork to have Artist’s information included with art.
Youth artwork will not be for sale.
