Get Your Raffle Tickets Early!

Hog August Bites Raffle tickets go on sale Wednesday, August 11th at the RioVision Gallery and Pets 4 All located on Main Street in downtown Rio Vista. This year there are three raffle packages to choose from and there is something for just about everyone!

The BBQ package can be seen in the window of Foster’s Big Horn and includes:

  • Weber Kettle Grill
  • Weber BBQ cover
  • Cuisinart accessories
  • A bag of charcoal with charcoal lighter fluid
  • Assorted BBQ sauces/rubs and a BBQ cookbook
  • A $200 Lira’s Gift Card
  • BBQ towel and apron
  • Igloo BMX 25 cooler with 4 reusable ice blocks

The Wine Lovers package is located in the window of Pets 4 all and includes:

  • 7 Artisans Winery – one case of Syrah
  • Vezer Winery – 4 bottles of wine and 6 tastings at each of their 2 locations
  • Wooden Valley Winery – 1 bottle of Merlot and 4 tastings
  • Heritage Oak Winery – 1 bottle of wine and 6 tastings
  • Bogle Winery – 3 bottles of wine and 4 wine tastings with cheese pairings
  • 4 wine glasses and coasters
  • A Rabbit electric wine set
  • Wine-Opoly game set
  • Abstract painting

The Golf Fun package can be viewed in the RioVision Gallery window and includes:

  • Golf Club at Rio Vista – 2 twosomes with cart
  • Blue Rock Springs – 2 twosomes with cart
  • Cypress Lakes – up to 4 players with cart
  • Golf bag
  • 3 Tommy Armour TA1 golf clubs

Tickets are on sale at the RioVision Gallery, 116 Main Street, Rio Vista Tuesday –
Saturday 11 am – 5 pm and Pets 4 All at 167 Main Street, Rio Vista Monday –
Saturday 10 am – 4:30 pm except Wednesday and Saturday they close at 2 pm.
Tickets will also be available at the event. You can purchase one for $5.00, 3 for
$10 and 10 for $20

Winners will be drawn at Hog August Bites; August 28th at 4:00 pm, need not be
present to win. Net proceeds benefit the Rio Vista High School Booster Club’s
purchase of a 3rd van for transportation of students to school events and the
Egbert Field Restoration Project including new bleachers and a handicap table.
